Kolanda Douglas discovered her gift of writing and storytelling at an early age. She attended college to expand her knowledge and fine-tune her natural abilities. Kolanda has a Master of Science in Mass Media Arts and Journalism from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of North Florida. Kolanda is truly a woman after God's heart. She shares her love of Christ through her show, The R.E.A.L Room, and through encouragement and consistent mentoring of young men and women within the North Florida region. In 2014, Kolanda founded Profound Touch, providing high-quality writing and editing services and public speaking lessons for students, working professionals, and community and business organizations. In 2017, Kolanda launched Church Girls Just Want to Have Fun, a global Christian movement for teenage girls and young women across denominations, racial and cultural barriers. Additionally, Kolanda is an award-winning public speaker and certified life coach. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, she now resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her family.
