Sheila Henry is a licensed Marriage Counselor in California. She has worked with individuals, groups, and couples for over 30 years. She has studied many forms of psychotherapy including Cognitive Therapy, Gestalt, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, and finally EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as “tapping”. She has been especially impressed with the rapidity and effectiveness of EFT. Because EFT combines acupressure points with Western psychotherapy, it is capable of healing traumas, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and other ailments. It is also effective in working with individuals trying to reach peak performance goals. She has a Master’s Degree in psychology from Lone Mountain, University of San Francisco. Sheila has a private practice in San Diego, California, where she works with individuals and groups. She lives with her partner, Robert Cook, and two Malinois dogs.
