Michelle Barry Franco helps mission-driven founders and leaders make a big and beautiful impact by speaking on the best stages in their industry. She has individually coached more than 1,000 speakers over the last two decades. Michelle works one on one with executives, founders, coaches and wellness experts to help them step into thought leadership through high-impact speaking and make a difference for as many people as possible with their message. In 2017 she launched Your Rooftop Message Talk Group Program and began offering private retreat intensives. Michelle has a Master’s Degree in Speech Communication Studies, an undergraduate degree in Biological and Cognitive Psychology, and has been informally but passionately studying body language and non- verbal communication since she was born. Her Whole Person Coaching certification is from Coach Training World. After working in a wide range of industries from insurance to high-tech start-ups to non-profits, and more than a decade teaching college-level public speaking and communication courses, she started her communication and speaking coaching business in 2008.
