Bruno Cabanes has held the Donald G. and Mary A. Dunn Chair in Modern Military History at The Ohio State University since 2014. He is the author of The Great War and the Origins of Humanitarianism (2014), and was awarded the Paul Birdsall Prize in 2016.

Cameron Givens is a postdoctoral fellow at Southern Methodist University.
