Dr. Melody Rawlings is a business professor, doctoral chair, and director of the Center for the Advancement of Virtual Organizations at Northcentral University. She has led remote teams for 10+ years and is a frequent presenter at international conferences. She has developed partnerships between corporations and higher ed, and has managed her own business.
