Andy Hooton is Head of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Derby, UK and an HCPC-Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist.

Andy Miles is a Principal Lecturer at Cardiff Met, UK and was the School of Sport's Director of Enterprise for 10 years.

Paula Watson is an HCPC-Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist in independent practice (Made Up To Move Ltd). She has extensive experience in the field of health behaviour change, both within and outside higher education.
