À propos de l?auteur
Klara-Aylin Wenten is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Kassel. She has obtained her PhD at the Technical University of Munich where she was a scholar of the Hans-Bockler-Foundation. Her research interests include feminist Science and Technology Studies, affect theories, new work, digitalization and emancipatory technologies. Her current research project on Emotion AI explores the tensions between AI technologies, emotions and emerging power dynamics.

This lens on scripts challenges conventional management theories and highlights the pivotal role of material objects in work control. This book thus extends our understanding of the heterogeneity of humans and nonhumans contributing to the dynamics of managerial control, even beyond the scope of agile methodologies.This book appeals to an academic audience ranging from the humanities and social sciences to more practicebased disciplines in management and business.
