Additionally, he is an Emeritus Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he previously held the distinguished rank of Chancellor Professor of Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his esteemed career, he has assumed various administrative roles, including Dean, Chairman of the Academic Council of the College of Engineering, and Chairman of the Mechanical Engineering Department.
