U. Grant Baldwin Jr., DBH, is a seasoned professional known for expertise in integrated healthcare management, Medicaid and Medicare administration, and organizational innovation. He is currently serving as the Director of the DBH Program at Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies.

Ellen Fink-Samnick, DBH, MSW, LCSW, ACSW, CCM, CCTP, CRP, FCM, is an award-winning author, educator, and thought leader known for her critical focus on health equity, integrated care, interprofessional ethics, professional case management, quality, and trauma-informed leadership.
