Victor MacGill has over forty years' experience as a social worker in the field of criminal justice, specialising in family violence and has been studying the systems sciences for thirty years. Victor is the New Zealand contact for ANZSYS, the Australia New Zealand regional branch of the International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS), as well as Co-chair of Critical Systems Special Integration Group of ISSS. He has developed a model called The Dynamics of Life(TM) that describes the processes of life and many varied levels of functioning that has many practical applications in a wide range of situations.
