Jasmin Guthmann is a 2x IRONMAN, 12x IRONMAN 70.3, and 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Finisher. She is also an executive board member and vice president at a non-profit, all while running a business called home including a husband and a dog. While you might expect that hours spent training to swim, bike, and run distances that total at 140.6miles would detract from her work, they don't. These 'extracurricular activities' are the reason she excels in the workplace and beyond.
