C.K. Lee lives with her family in the north of England. Originally from London, she worked for the ambulance service before turning her hand to writing children's books.

C.K. Lee has always enjoyed working with children ever since her gap year in South Africa working in an orphanage at the age of 18, and now she hopes to entertain them with her books.
