Love is an important force in our lives. As we get older, many of us feel compelled to sort out our past in order to understand ourselves on a deeper level. In doing so, we can then give and receive love with more grace, appreciation, and strength.
In this book of essays, Unconditional, Denise Plimley explores the concept of love in its various forms. How does love manifest in romantic relationships, and what is our role in creating a healthy shared love? What can end of life care for a loved one teach us, and should we embrace unconditional love? What are the real-life distinctions between conditional and unconditional love? How do we find the kind of emotional balance needed to love honestly and with dignity?
These questions, and many more, are explored within the pages of this book. Denise invites you into her world where she shares her lived experiences and how she came to learn the lessons she now holds dear.
