Surinder Latti was born and raised in India. He has lived and worked in India, the UK, Canada, and the US, which has given him the opportunity to interact with all types of people personally and professionally. He has also travelled internationally-mainly Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He is well-versed in Eastern and Western cultures. He is proficient in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. These insights enabled him to write his first book, Uncommon Common Sense.
He has a Master of Science in Electronics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK. He has extensive experience in management, business development, and sales within the high-tech, auto, hospitality, and entertainment industries.
This is the first book he has written on a subject very close to his heart; common sense plays a significant role in everyday life. He has intellectual curiosity about the universe, the world, humans and animals, human behavior, beliefs, and relationships, God and religions, purpose in/of life, and life after death. Currently, he is working on his next book about reincarnation.

Paperback. Etat : new. Paperback. What is common sense? It should be common-it's even in the name-and it should be found among every human being. But common sense isn't infallible. Sometimes, people will make decisions that have negative consequences. Even for some obvious situations, such as driving under the influence of alcohol, people will fail to use common sense. This can happen regardless of knowledge. Even those with a plethora of credentials may fall victim to lapses in common sense. If common sense is so common, why do people still exhibit poor common sense in certain situations? Surinder Latti grapples this question in Uncommon Common Sense. Examining emotions and cognition, behavior, habits, and belief systems - Surinder Latti raises questions about what common sense is, the factors that may contribute to it, feelings and circumstances that may impede it, and strategies we can use to improve it. Informed by the author's own experiences living, travelling, and working in different continents, the book weaves personal anecdotes and philosophical musings into a unique and entertaining read. He explores how one might develop common sense, what it looks like in different aspects of everyday life, and then how one might ignore it. After all, there must be reasons why some people don't heed something so common. What is common sense? It should be common-it's even in the name-and it should be found among every human being. But common sense isn't infallible. Sometimes, people will make decisions that have negative consequences. Even for some obvious. This item is printed on demand.
