Cara Dodaro is a 14-year-old student, entrepreneur, and author, passionate about inspiring the next generation of young innovators. She launched her first business at just nine years old, sparking a journey that led her to co-found The ShePreneur, a program dedicated to empowering females with entrepreneurial skills and a growth mindset.

Cara is a member of The Knowledge Society (TKS), an innovation and entrepreneurship program for young leaders. She is also a co-founder and instructor of a TED-Ed-inspired public speaking program called MicDrop Masters, designed to help elementary school students build confidence, communication skills, and creativity.

A passionate advocate for youth innovation, Cara believes that entrepreneurship is not just for adults, it's a path that young people can pursue to solve real-world problems and make a positive impact. She is committed to showing kids that with curiosity, courage, and creativity, they can turn their ideas into real businesses and change the world.
