He is the author or coauthor of fifty books that have sold more than 20 million copies, including the iconic One Minute Manager. Tim Kearin began his fitness career as director of strength and conditioning at the United States Military Academy. He is the founder of Personally Fit, Inc., a fitness and physical therapy business, and is currently a business consultant for SpineZone.
