Drawing on extensive research and bolstered by a wealth of real-world examples, including four illuminating case studies from top industry players, this resource also offers valuable insights into the implications of artificial intelligence on this methodology. Readers will have access to downloadable templates that can streamline the implementation process. These resources include Excel templates for calculating return on investment, conducting a daily management audits and outlining specifications, as well as a detailed implementation guide.
