This book addresses the relationships among innovative technologies, methodologies, and processes and the different aspects of newly required digital and circular models that production systems and the economy must adopt and operate. It examines the latest innovations for the circularity of processes and end products, instilling the environmental consciousness of recycling and the ecosystem service valuation (ESV). This multidisciplinary approach, and the many case studies included in the book, helps readers understand different methodologies used when applying and implementing the principles of circular economy and green innovation at a practical level.
