Jim McGurn has 40 years of experience as a writer on cycling, including books such as On your Bicycle, a Social History of Cycling. He has also co-published Bicycle Design and magazines on cycling, in German and US editions. His Get Cycling Guide for beginners has appeared in over 20 regional editions. He has also founded several social enterprises promoting and enabling cycling.
