Synopsis

For the first three months of 2010 I was seconded to work in Devon and Cornwall.This meant a weekly return journey by car from my home on the East coast of Lincolnshire.It also meant nights spent in guest houses and hotels, which mostly meant a lot of time to think, and to write.I had previously lived in this part of the world.But a few years earlier I had experienced the sad end of a long term relationship which reached its fruition in these parts.The poetry I hope paints reflective pictures of the brief glimpses gathered up during my stay.I trust that you are able to enjoy the journey, as much as did the one who spent most of his time in limbo.
