Synopsis
It may have something to do with the depression, but lately, my mind felt like a sieve. There were parts of my days that were harder to remember than others. It was almost like my brain went into protective state, and all the dark parts of my days were sifted through, and the especially morbid parts were strained through my only-happy-thoughts filter. Leaving only the bright pars of my day memorable.Except the truth was, some dark still remained, and those damn two words reminded me of something dark, something I was better off not remembering. November Tealy is haunted by depression. Everyday for her is just about existing. She’s surrounded by people who care about her- so why does she always feel alone? And just when her world feels about as dark as it could be, it becomes darker still. Creepy things begin to happen- strange notes and pictures. Someone is leaving her reminders asking her to Never Forget, but November can’t remember what she is supposed to never forget, and that becomes a problem. With her smothering family, and over-protective boyfriend, life becomes almost too much to deal. So, what do you do when you reach the end of your rope? November learns to keep climbing and eventually all the little knots in life, unravel themselves.
