Why The Christmas Poop Plan?

The book was originally called The Christmas Miracle - except that had already been taken.

We had the same problem with The Christmas Angel.

Yet the book is centred around the elves' dastardly plan to ruin Christmas through poop - so The Christmas Poop Plan seemed the logical choice!
