Synopsis

Yin and Yang is the oriental understanding of Karma, i.e., there are positive and negative forces in the universe that balance each other out. If we do wrong, unbeknownst to any other person, will those universal forces still bring us to account for our misdeeds? Will an unseen but perpetual harmony and balance in the universe, govern the enforcement of justice and fairness? Will that effect rebound back on the person who took actions of wrongdoing? And, in what form should that consequence take—an ‘eye for an eye’, for example? Or would feelings of remorse be enough to wipe the slate clean? Alec Dredman learns only too well the lessons meted out by the fates.
