The book is concerned with the strategic management as the Prophet (ﷺ) had practiced during various expeditions. Three examples have been selected for it: the battle of Badr, the battle of Uhadh and the expedition of Tabuk (I used the word expedition instead of battle as most of the historians used it because the battle did not take place with the target). The Prophet (ﷺ) had formulated and implemented different strategies during these initiatives. The book investigates the process and the product of various strategies the Prophet (ﷺ) had applied to achieve his objectives. It starts with the generic planning strategy of the Treaty of Hodhabia. It follows an eight-step planning model of Koontz and Heinrich (2006). Then the author has investigated the strategy of the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was confronting Quraysh with in Badr. The battle had broken the backbone of Quraysh who dreamt to win over Muslims, but it shattered their dreams which never came true in their lives. The conquest of Makkah defeated them altogether and forever. Similarly, the author has examined the strategy of Uhadh and Tabuk. Both were successful and achieved their goals. Finally, a model appeared out of the Prophetic strategy. The last chapter describes it.
