In this investigation we found an answer for some way or another limit this issue by utilizing waste rubbers with bitumen to make elastic changed bitumen (RMB).In this research work four types are rubbers (natural, nitrile, butyl and sbr) are used to mix with bitumen to make bituminous mixture so that our bituminous mixture may be cost effective and more we will find a solution to utilize rubber which can help in reducing environment pollution.
