The Path of the Ronin is a gripping action-thriller that follows Steve Hanson, a battle-worn Navy SEAL forced into civilian life after years in Vietnam. Haunted by his past and searching for purpose, Steve finds himself entangled in the dangerous world of private security, ruthless bikers, and covert operations. As he protects a woman from a violent abuser and uncovers a sinister conspiracy, Steve must rely on his training, instincts, and honor to survive a world where trust is rare and enemies are everywhere. Blending military grit with heart-pounding suspense, this is a story of redemption, justice, and the warrior's code that never dies.

My name is Daniel R. Myrick, I was born in rural Alaska, educated in public schools, studied Civil Engineering at the university of Alaska/Fairbanks. I joined the U.S Navy right out of high school and fell in love with the military. Much to my dismay I was injured and was discharged, I returned home. I enrolled in college to study Civil Engineering. That's when the Alaska oil boom started. I quit college and began my life as a construction worker. The skills that I learned in the military and the construction trade took me all over the U.S plying my trade in protecting people that needed it. I've ridden all over the U.S on my Harley, learning about life and what it can bring.Doing Security work, protecting others from harm, is so rewarding, it was my calling in my younger years. I got my life experience from living it. I currently live in Arizona with my lovely wife and our two dogs. This is my first attempt at writing, I hope that you enjoy it.
