Writing and making notes of what goes through your mind helps with memory, and recall. Journaling has also been know to reduce stress. We all have things happen in a day that we either can't tell anyone about or would not want to but we need to be able to get it out of head. Keeping a journal or diary is the best for doing just that. Writing provides relief not only for the mind but the body and spirit.
