From unwritten statements to clear statements, they all shape our identity  I recall a developmental class while in graduate school that caused me to rethink the idea that if someone had not told me something was unattainable, I would have attained it.  If someone had not said to me that I was too broken, I would have been a helper much sooner.   In elementary, had I not been told I was dumb in math class, I would have become a math whiz.  When we are in the early stages of development, we are not concerned with what others think. Then we are introduced to rules and boundaries.

As a private clinician, I have witnessed many clients who have had similar stories with negative transcripts.

This book will help you in:

  • Dealing with your past and the roles we assume with our history that follow us into our adult life.
  • Dealing with Childhood grief
  • Developing the best parenting approach
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with others
  • Mental health management
  • Erasing Shame and the feeling of guilt
  • Letting go of negative transcripts and rewriting the narrative

As you read through this book, you will see a lot that is familiar in many of the stories.Open yourself up to see something and do something different to change your narrative.
