Chris Parker served as a Head Football Coach, Athletic Director, and School District Athletic Director for many years. He was the Head Football Coach at Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville, GA and Pickens High School in Jasper, GA. He took over both schools when they were struggling and turned them into winning programs. Teams at both schools set school records for wins, playoff appearances, and playoff production. He led the best seasons in school history at both schools and helped them both win their first state playoff game in school history.

As Athletic Director of Pickens County Schools, Coach Parker presided over all sports programs in the district. During his time as District AD, the district pursued many capital improvements to the athletic facilities, set new highs for money raised, championships, and scholarship athletes.

Coach Parker has been a speaker at clinics nationally and has been a writer for USA Football and X&O Labs. He has been active in the Georgia Elite Classic All-Star Game, the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association, the Georgia Athletic Directors Association, and the American Football Coaches Association. He has been awarded many Coach of the Year awards and was named the Marine Corps' 2017 Semper Fi Award winner for the Southeast United States for work on and off the field.

He is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Pickens County School District. Coach Parker also acts as a consultant for coaches and Athletic Directors through Parker & Co Resources, LLC. You can follow Coach Parker on social media and at http: //www.parkerresources.org.
