Synopsis
Detective TJ Brown and Lt. Mathew Hart of the SKTF Liaison Unit are investigating two alleged kidnapping reports faxed over from the 81st PCT, Two women file complaints that they were abducted, held four days, and then released. The women have no idea who had taken them nor why they'd been taken. The one thing both women do know for sure, is that they are HIV positive.Before the team can get the investigation off the ground, Detective Brown's ex-partner, Dawn Whitley, asks the SKTF to investigate one of her parolee's claim that she was snatched off the street and held four days before being found semi-conscious on a bus stop bench.The team must find out who abducted these women and what the end game is.
