À propos des auteurs

Denis J. Galligan is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford University and Professorial Fellow of Wolfson College Oxford. His publications include Law in Modern Society (2007), Due Process and Fair Procedures: A Study of Administrative Procedures (1997), and Discretionary Powers (1987).

Mila Versteeg is Associate Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law. Her research and teaching interests include comparative constitutional law, public international law and empirical legal studies. Prior to joining the University of Virginia School of Law, Versteeg was an Olin Fellow and lecturer in law at the University of Chicago Law School. Versteeg's articles have appeared in the Journal of Legal Studies, the California Law Review, the NYU Law Review and the UCLA Law Review, among others.
