Kim Heldman, MBA, PMP, is the Chief Information Officer for the Regional Transportation District in Denver, Colorado. She has over 25 years of experience in project management and more than 18 years of experience in senior management positions. Kim is the author of several books on project management, including the bestselling PMP Project Management Professional Exam Study Guide, now in its 8th edition.

Vanina Mangano, PMP, is currently serving as Chair for The Standard for Program Management – Fourth Edition, and has served as an expert consultant on multiple PMI Standards and Practice Guides.
