TAO ZHANG, PHD is currently with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), USA.

JOE WEINMAN is the former Senior Vice President of Cloud Services and Strategy at Telx, and is the founder of Cloudonomics, which takes a rigorous, multidisciplinary approach to valuing the cloud.
