Bill McClanahan is Assistant Professor in the School of Justice Studies at Eastern Kentucky University, USA. Nigel South is Professor and Director, Centre for Criminology, University of Essex, UK; Adjunct Professor, Crime and Justice Research Centre, Queensland University of Technology, Australia; and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences.
