He is also a consultant specializing in the new communications technologies, and has written a book about video cameras on NASA's space probes. Barbara Morgenstern is a Professor at the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College in New York and specializes in teaching media law. She is also involved in curriculum development, particularly as it pertains to communications law.
