Mark Garnett is Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at Lancaster University, UK. He has published numerous books and articles on British politics and is a regular media commentator. Philip Lynch is Senior Lecturer in Politics in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Leicester, UK.
