Présentation de l'éditeur

The object of this vade mecum is to place before the justices at Quarter Sessions, and the profession practising in those courts, the law relating to the various matters which from time to time come before them in appellate cases. The subjects are arranged alphabetically for the convenience of reference; and by the practitioner keeping the text au courant with contemporaneous authorities, by making a note of any new A ct of Parliament passed or decision found, the work may prove a useful compendium of those subjects on which an appeal may be made to a Court of Quarter Sessions.
