Revue de presse

The book is a loving portrait of a beautiful city, a clever construct from a fine story teller, and a gift idea for lovers of all things Italy. --Sydney Morning Herald

This heartwarming story has all the makings of a Hollywood rom-com... Rome is an inspired setting for this exploration of love found, love faltering and love lost... a big-hearted, feel-good book that picks you up and carries you away from everyday life by immersing you in a tale of love and magic, cobbled streets and breathtaking surroundings. --Weekend Australian

Lamprell's writing is assured as the parallel narratives unfold and his characters are engaging, endearing and funny. If a trip to Rome is out of the question, this is the next best thing. --Adelaide Advertiser
