Eugene C. Toy, MD, is the John S. Dunn Senior Academic Chair and program director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Debra Klamen, MD, MHPE, is a professor and chair of the Department of Medical Education, and a professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Springfield, Illinois.


Dr. Debra L. Klamen is Associate Dean of Education and Curriculum as well as Professor and Chair of the Department of Medical Education at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (Springfield, Illinois). She is also a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at SIU.
