We hope to bring some relief at both of these points ;to show that evolution Is not a conception in extinction of reason, nor yet a movement in overthrow of faith. Our spiritual life Is Involved in It and built up by it as I ts most comprehensive and consummate product. We In no way grasp our religious beliefs so firmly as when we see that they are woven into the entire web of events.
