À propos de l'auteur

John Pratt is Professor of Long-Term Care Administration at Saint Joseph s College in Standish, Maine. He is also Director of the Long-Term Care Management Institute at the College, recipient of the 1998 Education Award given by the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). He is a Member of ACHCA and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He currently serves on the Education Committees of ACHCA and the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long-Term Care Administrators (NAB). Having been a health care executive for twenty-five years before joining academia, Mr. Pratt brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to this text. He is a regular presenter at professional conferences and an active contributor to professional journals.
