On pp. 384-387 an Abstract Statement of the York City Accounts is given, showing under a few main heads the sources of income and items of expenditure, and the percentage which each of the latter bears to the total expenditure of the City. In Appendix D, tables have been added showing the marriage ages in various countries; and some information relative to workhouse dietaries is given in Appendix
