This is a small book you can carry with you and open to any page for helpful information based on the 12 Laws, the Cycle of Harm & mindfulness based Meditation that can lead to higher levels of Health, Happiness, and a Peaceful Mind. It is basically a Mini Meditation guidebook of 100 little Lessons. This book is designed to be Mentally digested in small bits One Lesson one page at a time. You can read it page by page or by going to any random page using its ideas to reflect upon as sources for daily contemplation & objects of meditation. The 12 Laws are what you need to know to understand Mindfulness & Meditation, which are the antidotes & cure to the Self-destructive 12 step Cycle of Harm from which we all Suffer. This is an unrecognize pathological cycle, of pandemic proportions, that because of its harmful consequences fueled the recent COVID pandemic. In a sense it is the original Mental Energy Pandemic because it contaminates and infects us all, being transmitted from one person to the next, from the beginning of mankind, adding destructive Mind energy to physical energy of the Body fueling all kinds of Illness physical & mental, with their pains and suffering. The 12 choices we make creating the Cycle of Harm are Death-Bound, meaning they add destructive energy to the causes & conditions that result in all forms of deaths as Suicide, Homicide, Accidental, by Overdose, and of Natural causation. The principles introduced here are modifications of those used in the ancient schools of mindfulness based philosophy and psychology. They are universal meaning they can be applied to everything. This book is an attempt to introduce Clinical Mindfulness in small daily doses that can be used to help general Wellbeing & as an adjunctive "Self-treatment" to other physical energy & mental energy treatments, especially for those disorders where harm and suffering progressively worsens in cycles resistant to usual treatments.

Cyril M J Puhalla MD, now retired practiced in Scranton, Pa. USA & was clinical instructor at The Geisinger Commonwealth Medical School in Scranton. He was born and raised in Dunmore Pa. He is a Board-Certified Child Adolescent Adult Psychiatrist with over 50 years of experience. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton, & Jefferson Medical School, in Philadelphia Pa., having a special interest in applying Mindfulness & Meditation to mental & physical problems, & for general Wellbeing.
