The author goes on to discuss the various theories of sex causation, including the influence of the ovaries and the timing of conception. She draws on anecdotal evidence and personal experiences to support her theories, while acknowledging the need for further research. Through this anecdotal evidence she discusses the importance of understanding the female body and the role of the ovaries. Despite some of her ideas echoing old wives' tales, the book's exploration of the scientific and societal aspects of sex predetermination offers unique insights into the topic.
