We send it out with special thanksgiving to God, because He has so wonderfully blessed the previous volumes. Since the ninth volume reached our readers, hundreds of letters have come to us from them, telling us of their gratitude and appreciation, thanking the generous Two Christian Laymen, and reporting specific cases of blessing received. Thus we know that by the gracious in?uence of the Holy Spirit the fundamentals have been used to the conversion of sinners, to the strengthening of wavering believers, and to the full surrender and consecration to His service of earnest Christian men and women. To God be all the praise. May He bless the tenth volume as He did its predecessors, and use it to His glory and to the advancement of His cause. Our Circle of Prayer has grown again since we sent out the ninth volume. We do not publish special literature for the thousands who have joined it, but we simply ask them to pray in faith, (1) for the Two Christian Laymen, whose consecration and liberality make possible the publication and free distribution of the fundamentals and who are more than three score years and ten, that the Lord keep them and prosper all the work at home and abroad which they support; (2) for all who are connected with the great work of the fundamentals, including the writer of these lines who has been seriously ill since the beginning of November and is writing these lines while being under treatment in a sanatorium. Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
