It is scarcely necessary to add that as regards spelling, punctuation, capital letters, abbreviations, etc., the letters have been reproduced exactly as written. The compiler desires to acknowledge the aid of Miss A lice Cochran, the efficient librarian of the School, in preparing these letters for the printer. G. M. P.
