For many years there has been a discussion of this question; and for some years the writer has interested himself in this question, to the extent that he has made considerable search of the records to convince himself as to how this should be answered, in a brief and direct manner. The Doctrine and Covenants in use in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, -published by the Deseret News Co.
