Den er selbst in einer HS gesehen hatte (ausg. Chauc. Soc. Ser. II vol. 13 s. Speght gab aber in seiner zweiten ausgabe (1602) nur insofern nach, dass er mistermed heretofore änderte in commonly entituled. Der name The I le of Ladies, den ich weitaus passender finde, scheint von Mr. Bradshaw 1) herzustammen.
