Whereas, by instrument in writing of even date herewith (a copy of which is hereto attached as Exhibit B and is made a part hereof), the Elevated Company has guaran teed the prompt and full payment by or for the North Shore Company to the St. Paul Company of the rental reserved and the compensation specified in said lease (exhibit and the performance by or for the North Shore Company of all its covenants and agreements in said lease contained, at the times and in the manner therein specified; and.
