The united states mint, at Philadelphia, has been directed, by the Secretary of the Treasury, to furnish a complete series of the coins of the United States. Together with copies of all medals ordered by the Govern ment. They are in return for a series of medals illustrative of the history of France, presented by the French Government to that establishment.
